Sportybet Kenya is one of the most popular sports betting sites in the country. However, there have recently been some complaints from users about not being able to withdraw or deposit their funds on the site.

This however isn’t the first time Sportybet users have had a problem with the platform, users in Nigeria in 2019 were restricted from accessing their funds with what was then know as “Sportybet New Withdrawal Rules.”

Users were expected to keep staking and risking their winnings until they attained a withdrawal threshold.

Users were outraged by this rule, with many seeing it as a way for Sportybet to make more money by restricting the withdrawals and forcing them to risk their winnings by betting again to meet the withdrawal threshold.

It’s been almost a week now and Sportybet users in Kenya cannot still make withdrawals or deposits on the platform and it is not clear what is going on as the message on their website keeps stating that their technicians are working on resolving the issue. There is no way for users to contact them directly and their online chat doesn’t seem to be working.

Sportybet users have recently taken to twitter to express their frustrations with the betting platform and demand answers.

This is a serious issue and it needs to be addressed urgently by Sportybet to restore the confidence of their users in Kenya. They need to explain what is going on and provide an effective solution as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a mass exodus of users and Sportybet Kenya becoming obsolete.

It’s a difficult situation, but one that needs to be addressed quickly in order for the platform to remain viable. Hopefully, Sportybet can get the issue resolved quickly and restore their users trust in them.
