Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, confirmed the news, revealing that their children, seventeen-year-old Jaden and sixteen-year-old Sean Preston, will soon be residing with Kevin and their stepmother, Victoria Prince, on the picturesque islands.

Responding to Rosengar’s comments, Kevin’s lawyer, Kaplan, stated, “I responded to Mr. Rosengar about how I feel about that, and I am not going to involve myself in an involuntary pen pal relationship with him.” Kaplan further expressed Kevin’s satisfaction and eagerness to proceed with the move, acknowledging the extensive planning required for such a transition.
Highlighting the legal aspect of the situation, Kaplan emphasized that despite Kevin having sole legal custody and de facto physical custody of the children for the past fifteen months or more, the law still necessitates obtaining the consent of the other co-parent.
